All teams MUST register online. We are not doing mail in registrations in 2026.
All coaches, team managers, etc., will need to print off these forms. The Checklist form will tell you exactly which forms you’ll need to attend to and when they are due. A helpful hint is to make sure all paperwork is handled well in advance of the event (things go much more smoothly). Please remember we will need a tournament roster (with birthdates, positions, and estimated weights) in our hands NO LATER than November 6th. Also, remember to bring an “extra” copy of your roster with you at check-in and be prepared to turn in along with waivers. For the 2026 Battle In Rocky Top, we want each team to fill out a Team Resume form (see below). It is not due until after Oct. 14th.
ALL COACHES MUST BE LISTED ON “TEAM ROSTER” AND ONE COACH MUST SIGN FOR THE PASSES. IF A COACH IS NOT LISTED ON “TEAM ROSTER” THEN HE WILL HAVE TO PURCHASE HIS PASS! (This applies to both Kick-Off Classic & Battle In Rocky Top).
