Hotel room demand is crazy as ever for the event.

Teams MUST book hotel rooms and/or Cabins thru Team Travel Source, this is NOT optional. We recommend booking “near” the fields you play at. In some cases this is easier/harder due to size of the event. Hotel demand at this event is unlike most youth football tournaments. University of Tennessee plays at home against LSU Tigers the same weekend, UT football weekends are mass sellouts at area hotels. Book early, don’t wait!!! The longer you wait less options available and higher rates due to UT football is considered a peak weekend in town. We’re sorry about that, it’s out of our control. If you can’t find the options you need please contact TTS and let them know. If they can’t assist please contact the tournament director by text message (865-455-0873). 2026 hotel link is below.

The Kick-Off Classic and Battle in Rocky Top is proud to announce a brand new partnership with Team Travel Source. TTS is a leader in the team travel industry and will make the process so much easier than dealing with hotels directly. You can set up a team block to allow your parents to book rooms at the same hotel, or just share the link and allow your parents to book wherever they wish.
With us growing to be the largest youth football classic in the country and selling over 7,000 hotel rooms in seven counties for these tournaments, we use TTS to ensure it goes smoothly for our teams!
Coaches, Team Moms, Directors, etc. – please note that using Team Travel Source is NOT optional, it’s MANDATORY. Because your hotel stay is an important part of your overall experience, TTS will ensure everything is handled properly and in a timely manner. If you do not book through TTS, your team will not be placed on the game schedule.
TTS will contract with a variety of hotel brands, price points, amenities, etc….so there will be hotel options for everyone. Do not book directly with any hotel, or you will have to cancel those reservations and book through TTS. Make sure you book early to ensure the best selection. Teams who book rooms later in process typically have to stay further away from fields.
